About this role
Η Work4u International αναζητά για λογαριασμό δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενης εταιρείας λογιστικών και φοροτεχνικών υπηρεσιών, Payroll Accountant με έδρα την Αθήνα.
Η εταιρεία συνεργάζεται με ένα ευρύ χαρτοφυλάκιο πελατών στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό, παρέχοντας ολοκληρωμένες υπηρεσίες accounting, tax compliance και financial reporting.
Βασικές αρμοδιότητες
- Διαχείριση και εκτέλεση μισθοδοσίας πελατών και έκδοση μισθοδοτικών καταστάσεων.
- Υπολογισμός μικτών και καθαρών αποδοχών, κρατήσεων και ασφαλιστικών εισφορών.
- Διαχείριση προσλήψεων, αποχωρήσεων, μεταβολών, αδειών, βαρδιών και λοιπών υποβολών στο ΕΡΓΑΝΗ.
- Παρακολούθηση αλλαγών στην εργατική & ασφαλιστική νομοθεσία
- Διαχείριση συμβάσεων εργασίας και αρχείων προσωπικού
- Υποβολή δηλωτικών υποχρεώσεων σε ασφαλιστικά ταμεία και ΑΑΔΕ (ΑΠΔ, ΦΜΥ, ΦΕΕ κτλ.)
- Επικοινωνία με δημόσιους φορείς όπως ΔΥΠΑ, ΣΕΠΕ, ΕΦΚΑ.
- Γνώση προγραμμάτων μισθοδοσίας Εpsilonnet (hyper, pylon, epsilon smart ergani, κλπ) θα εκτιμηθεί.
- Εκτέλεση διαδικασιών και τήρηση συστήματος ποιότητας ροών εργασίας (ISO9001).
Προφίλ Υποψηφίου
• Κάτοχος Πτυχίου ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ Οικονομικής ή Λογιστικής κατεύθυνσης
• Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
• Γνώση της εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας
• Άριστη γνώση MS Office
• Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
