[Position Overview]
CLO Virtual Fashion의 People & Culture 팀에서 급여 운영과 복리후생 관리를 이끌어 나갈 Payroll & Benefits Specialist를 찾고 있습니다. 본 포지션은 임직원의 몰입과 성장을 이끌어내기 위한 적절한 보상과 복리후생 체계를 책임감 있게 운영하는 역할입니다.
주로 국내 Payroll 실무를 담당하게 되며, 급여/복리후생과 관련된 기타 업무들을 함께 수행할 수 있습니다. 꼼꼼하고 명확한 커뮤니케이션을 바탕으로 보상제도를 운영하고, 적절한 Tool을 활용하여 실무 운영의 효율성을 높임으로써 회사의 성장을 서포트해 나가는 업무를 담당하게 됩니다.
