A clear roadmap to help you thrive in your area of passion, all while being part of a team that genuinely cares about its patients and each other Pelvic Health Mentorship: 2 hours per week for 12 weeks of application-focused, structured mentorship with a dedicated Pelvic Health PT. Pelvic Health Special Interest Group: Monthly meeting with Highbar Pelvic Health team and guests to discuss topics of interest and collaborate based off of clinician needs/interests. Professional Development: Uncapped external continuing education to support your personal goals- plus access to over $15K worth of in-house courses each year, including Dry Needling and our signature Core-4 series. Comprehensive Support: Our support team, including skilled Exercise Specialist, is here to assist you and your pelvic health patients with any clinical or operational needs, ensuring a smooth and effective care experience. Stay Balanced: Our patient caseload expectations are less than 12 patients per day, ensuring time for quality, 1:1 care and professional development.   What You'll Need: A Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program  Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one Experienced with or interested in pelvic health training (we’ll support your development if you’re new to the field!)
