About this role
Family Health Care is currently seeking candidates for a Personal Care Worker position!
Primary Responsibilities
- Effectively provides personal care services limited to the activities of daily living for an individual with a demonstrated need and according to the established standards of care to include any of the following:
- Eating/Feeding
- Toileting
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Dressing
- Transferring (Between the bed, chair, wheelchair and/or stretcher.)
- Ambulation
- Assists in providing personal care services to address Independent Activities of Daily Living, maintenance care services for the individual's home essential to the client's health and comfort to include any of the following:
- Laundry
- Meal preparation
- Shopping and errands
- Light housecleaning
- Medications
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Basic level of general skills and/or practical knowledge
Location: Baldwin and/or Lake County
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt
