Short Description
The Pharmacist provides review of medication therapy regimens for accuracy of dosing to ensure optimal safe and cost effective therapeutic regimens.Experience Required
- 3-5 year's experience preferred.
Education Requirements
- Doctorate Degree Required
License/Certification Requirements
- New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months)
- PGY-2 required
- Board Certification Pharmaceutical Specialty (BCPS)
