Responsibilities & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute Hospital setting
- Provide pharmaceutical information ot multidisciplinary health care team, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verifications
- Work directly with nursing, physicians and peer to provide acute care services
- other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active State of Ohio pharmacist license
- Three years inpatient pharmacy experience and/or completion of ASHP accredited Pharmacy residency program preferred
- Excellent written and communication skills
