About this role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Physical Therapy Technician (PT Tech) to join our team. This role supports our therapists in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring the clinic operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient therapy sessions
- Assist therapists with patient exercises and therapy activities as directed
- Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs under therapist supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy gym and treatment areas
- Clean and sanitize therapy equipment between patient uses
- Help ensure the clinic stays organized and stocked with necessary supplies
- Provide a positive, supportive experience for patients during their therapy visits
- Assist the clinical team in maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- CPR Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
