Principais responsabilidades
- Realizar movimentação de peças (talhas/ponte rolante), jateamento, lavagem e preparação de superfícies (lixamento e limpeza).
- Preparar misturas de tintas e aplicar camadas (fundo, intermediária ou acabamento) conforme ordens de produção e fichas técnicas.
- Monitorar espessura e cobertura das camadas, garantindo o padrão de qualidade exigido.
- Zelar pelos equipamentos, organizar o local de trabalho e registrar informações produtivas em relatórios.
- Seguir rigorosamente as normas de QSMS (Qualidade, Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Saúde Ocupacional) e colaborar com melhorias contínuas.
Requisitos e qualificações necessárias
- Ensino médio completo.
- Curso de qualficação de Pintor Industrial.
- Experiência com jato de granalha, lavador de peças mecânicas e pintura de peças industriais.
- Atuação prévia com pintura industrial.
