SYSTRA has completed 17,000+ Square kilometer of Statutory Master Planning and 15+ City Development Plans (CDPs).

We are seeking applications for the position of Planning Expert for development of Employment Zones.

Missions/Main Duties

• Lead the preparation and review of Master Plans for the Employment Zone and associated development areas.
• Develop land use strategies aligned with project objectives, economic growth, and employment generation.
• Prepare planning frameworks for industrial, commercial, residential, mixed-use, and public utility development.
• Prepare and review detailed layout plans for industrial parks, employment zones, townships, and mixed-use developments.
• Develop zoning regulations, development control regulations, and planning guidelines.
• Optimize land utilization while ensuring compliance with statutory planning requirements.

Profile/Skills

• Master’s degree in Planning/ Engineering/ Architecture or equivalent from a reputed college.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting assignments involving one or more of the following:
  • Preparation of Layout Plans
  • Town Planning Schemes (TPS)
  • Master Planning
  • Township Planning and Development
  • Urban Development Projects
  • Industrial Area Planning
  • Land Use Planning
  • Regional Planning Projects
• Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.
• Experience in Employment Zones, Industrial Parks, Smart Cities, SEZs, Growth Centers, Integrated Townships, or large-scale urban development projects will be preferred.
