ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking a Plant Supervisor to join our growing team in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. As a Plant Supervisor, you will oversee and manage production shift employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards. We are committed to delivering high-quality products while maintaining operational excellence. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Plant Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility.      As a Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the plant floor, ensuring efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and a safe working environment. You will work closely with a team of operators and technicians to achieve production goals and maintain operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.     This position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Must be able to open the shop daily by 6:45 am and stay until the plant is closed. This role reports to the Plant Manager.
