Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Perform service, repair, and replacement work on water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, shut-off valves, and piping systems.
• Identify plumbing deficiencies and educate homeowners on recommended solutions.
• Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options using a consultative sales approach.
• Generate and close sales for plumbing services, water heaters, filtration systems, fixture upgrades, repipes, and other residential plumbing solutions.
• Provide accurate estimates and clearly explain pricing, warranties, and financing options.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every service call.
• Maintain detailed service records, invoices, and job documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training programs.
• Meet or exceed performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales experience in residential service plumbing preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and industry best practices.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to use tablets, mobile applications, and digital invoicing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $75k-$120k The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
