This role is for a true podcast builder, not just an editor.

If you’ve taken a podcast from raw recordings to a fully launched, distributed show — and you care deeply about how every episode sounds, flows, and performs — this is for you.

We are launching a podcast built for moms — focused on real conversations, practical insights, and meaningful connection. The host is ready. The vision is clear. What’s missing is the person who can bring each episode to life with precision and ownership.

What You Will Do

You will own the full podcast production lifecycle:

Editing (Core Function)

• Clean and edit full-length audio episodes (remove filler words, pauses, noise)
• Edit video versions for YouTube and social media
• Add music, branding, and episode structure elements
• Create short-form clips and audiograms
• Deliver polished, publish-ready outputs consistently

Production & Planning

• Build and manage the content calendar
• Support episode ideation using AI tools
• Prepare structured interview guides

Guest Coordination

• Handle outreach, scheduling, and communication
• Prepare guests before recording sessions

Recording Management

• Run recording sessions using Riverside.fm or equivalent
• Ensure audio/video quality and resolve issues live

Publishing & Distribution

• Launch and manage podcast across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and others
• Handle RSS setup, metadata, and uploads
• Track and report performance metrics

Content Support

• Write show notes and episode descriptions
• Generate social captions using AI tools

What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven experience launching podcasts end-to-end
• Strong audio editing skills (clean, professional output)
• Video editing experience for podcast and social clips
• Experience submitting and managing podcasts on Apple Podcasts
• Familiarity with Riverside.fm or similar tools
• Portfolio of published podcast work (required)
• Strong written communication for guest coordination
• Ability to manage timelines independently and meet deadlines

Work Environment

• Fully remote
• High ownership role — minimal supervision
• Fast-moving launch environment
• Requires proactive thinking and execution

Work Setup

• 100% Remote
• Up to $7/hour depending on experience
• Full-time
• Must be available for U.S. work hours
• Stable internet and backup required

This is not a task-based role. You will be a core driver of the podcast’s success from day one.
