Deine Aufgaben:
- Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer After-Sales-Prozesse konzeptionell voran – von der Zahlungsabwicklung über den Dokumentenversand bis hin zur Reklamationsbearbeitung und dem Kundensupport
- Du gestaltest unseren Customer Care Bereich strategisch neu: durch den gezielten Einsatz von KI-Tools und Automatisierungslösungen machst du Prozesse effizienter, skalierbarer und kundenorientierter
- Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe datenbasiert, leitest Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab und entwickelst Tools zur operativen Steuerung
- Du erstellst Präsentationen und Reportings zur Kommunikation von Performance-Kennzahlen und strategischen Initiativen an das Management
- Du arbeitest eng mit angrenzenden Bereichen zusammen und ĂĽbernimmst Dokumentation sowie die Begleitung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung im Customer Care
Dein Profil:
- Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einen verwandten Bereich oder hast bereits einen Abschluss
- Du hast bereits erste gesammelte Berufserfahrung (auch durch Praktika) im Consulting, Business Development, Venture Capital oder Investment Banking ist von Vorteil
- Du kombinierst strategisches und analytisches Denken mit einer praktischen Herangehensweise
- Du bist hoch motiviert und verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du bist versichert in Excel und PowerPoint. Du gehst proaktiv und eigenständig an die Arbeit
- Du hast sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (Min. C1)
