Pricing Manager - Southern Europe

Join a high-impact leadership role where pricing is a key driver of business performance, growth and transformation. As Pricing Manager Southern Europe, you will lead a diverse regional team while shaping the pricing strategy. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a critical role in accelerating pricing maturity, driving profitable growth and embedding a modern, value-based pricing culture across the region.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute a value-based pricing strategy that supports regional commercial objectives, profitability targets, and sustainable growth.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 pricing professionals, creating an environment where people can grow, perform, and succeed.

• Partner with Sales, Finance, and senior business leaders to influence strategic decisions and maximize commercial opportunities.

• Drive pricing transformation initiatives, including process standardization, automation, and the implementation of digital pricing tools.

• Build alignment across multiple countries, functions, and stakeholders within a complex matrix organization.

• Establish and oversee pricing governance, including pricing policies, discount frameworks, controls, and approval processes.

• Ensure consistency and alignment across pricing, tendering, and contract management activities.

• Translate pricing insights and market dynamics into actionable business recommendations that support revenue growth and margin improvement.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, or related commercial functions.

• Minimum 3 years of direct people leadership experience, including team management and talent development responsibilities.

• Experience leading pricing transformation, process improvement, or business change initiatives.

• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Italian

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large and complex product portfolios.

• Professional experience working across multiple countries or international business environments.

• Experience developing and implementing large-scale pricing and margin optimization strategies.

Italy Pay Ranges: €55.300 - €92.200 EUR Annual

• Spain: €56.200 - €93.700 EUR Annual
