We are looking for a Primary School Teacher for a Bilingual Primary School based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting August 2026

Chinese/American Bilingual School based in Beijing, it specializes in the teaching and management of K-12 Chinese-American programs as well as British (Cambridge) programs. The school has a kindergarten, primary and secondary education divisions and provide students with a comprehensive and well-rounded education that combines rigorous academic standards with cultural immersion and global perspectives.
As a primary school teacher, you will serve as a homeroom teacher and teach subjects like English, science/social studies, personal/social class, math, and homeroom sessions as well as:
- Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Contribute to and develop a comprehensive curriculum for School
- Support students learning by collaborating with other teachers and departments of the school, such as supporting English and in other subjects and programs
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in teaching
- Hold a teaching certificate
- Passionate and Energetic in teaching
- Excellent English communication skills
- Monthly salary of up to 27453 RMB beforer tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Housing allowance 4,000RMB
- Yearly performance bonus up to 12,000RMB before-tax in July after 1 year of the contract
