TheĀ PrincipleĀ DigitalĀ OptimizationĀ StrategistĀ is a customer-facing, market-driving subject matter expert who usesĀ data analytics and consulting skills to design, implement, andĀ optimizeĀ data-driven,Ā omnichannelĀ programs that accelerate our clients’ ability to achieveĀ business results. You will analyze customer data to create A/B tests and personalized campaigns, develop strategiesĀ forĀ andĀ client success, andĀ provideĀ ongoing guidance to maximize program ROI andĀ conversion rateĀ optimization (CRO).Ā 

Reporting into theĀ Chief Customer Officer,Ā this role sits at the intersection ofĀ customer advisory, digital optimization, andĀ product marketing.Ā You will split your time between hands-on customer engagementĀ and consultingĀ and advising the FastrĀ go-to-marketĀ and product teams to shape our narrative and inform our product roadmap.Ā 

You’llĀ serve as Fastr’s in-houseĀ digitalĀ optimization expert for both our customers and the market,Ā helping enterprise brands:Ā 

  • IdentifyĀ growth and conversion opportunitiesĀ 
  • Interpret digital performance dataĀ 
  • Turn insights into concrete testing and optimization strategiesĀ 


You’llĀ partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to define and communicate the value of Fastr Optimize, lead thought-leadership initiatives, and guide brands toward smarter, faster digital decisions.Ā

Key ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • DigitalĀ Optimization Strategy,Ā ConsultingĀ & ThoughtĀ LeadershipĀ 
  • Deliver billable consulting engagements (e.g., optimization audits, strategy workshops, test planning, performance reviews).Ā 
  • OnboardĀ new clientsĀ by helping themĀ launch theirĀ DigitalĀ Optimization programs by understanding their needs, setting goals, and developing account plans.Ā 
  • Design, measure, and analyzeĀ DigitalĀ Optimization programĀ effectiveness,Ā andĀ leverageĀ AI-driven predictive analytics toĀ identifyĀ optimization opportunities.Ā 
  • Create customizedĀ userĀ segmentationĀ and personalizationĀ strategies and tailor marketing campaigns to individual customer habits and preferences.Ā 
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to share findings and offer advice on how clients can improve their programs.Ā 
  • Work with internalĀ FastrĀ teams and client teams to execute strategies and analyze results.Ā 
  • Focus on improvingĀ conversation ratesĀ and driving revenue growth through data-driven insights and personalized marketing.Ā 
  • Act as Fastr’s optimization thought leader, shaping how we talk about conversion, personalization, and performance across digital channels.Ā 
  • Participate in and host webinars, podcasts, events, and virtual roundtables as a subject matter expert.Ā 
  • Partner with Marketing to create high-impact content, such asĀ blog posts, guides, playbooks, webinars, conference talks, and email/landing experiences,Ā that build demand and positions Fastr as the expert in digital optimization.Ā 
  • Contribute to internal playbooks, sales training, and onboarding to strengthenĀ optimizationĀ literacy and competitive awareness across the company.Ā 
  • Champion experimentation and data-driven decision making across marketing touchpoints and campaigns.Ā 
  • Support pre-sales conversations by reviewing prospect sites,Ā identifyingĀ optimization opportunities, andĀ advising onĀ CRO, experimentation, and digital experience strategies.Ā 
  • Partner with Customer SuccessĀ leadership to designĀ post-sales advisory and light-touch strategic guidance that helps customers extract measurable value from Fastr Optimize.Ā

  • Product Marketing & Competitive EnablementĀ 
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to define FastrĀ Optimize’sĀ positioning, messaging, and value propositions for our target verticals and personas.Ā 
  • Support the go-to-market teams in buildingĀ compelling sales decks, battlecards, competitive comparisons, and case studies thatĀ showcaseĀ optimization results and customer success.Ā 
  • Own and evolve competitive intelligence around players like VWO, Optimizely, and related tools,Ā keeping Sales and Marketing current on the landscape and Fastr’s differentiators.Ā 
  • Translate customer feedback, market trends, and optimization insights into go-to-market strategies, content themes, andĀ enablementĀ assets.Ā 


WhatĀ You’llĀ BringĀ 

  • 8+ years ofĀ experienceĀ advisingĀ enterprise ecommerce or retail brands on digital performance, experimentation, or optimization strategyĀ or leading a data-drivenĀ omnichannelĀ team at enterprise ecommerce or retail brands.Ā 
  • A proven ability to translate data into action. Comfortable digging into performance metrics and turning them into clear recommendations, narratives, and next steps.Ā 
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.Ā Confident speaking withĀ c-levelĀ executives, leading webinars, interviewing customers, and representing Fastr as a thought leader.Ā Ā 
  • A passion for using AI to work smarter.Ā Continuously experimenting with new tools, workflows, and methods to make insight generation and execution faster and sharper.Ā 
  • Curiosity, agility, andĀ a biasĀ toward action.Ā You love learning, testing, and iterating in a fast-paced environment, andĀ you’reĀ comfortable being hands-on and wearing multiple hats.Ā 
  • Demonstrated experience building positioning, messaging, andĀ enablementĀ materials that move deals forward and drive product adoption.Ā 
  • Proven experienceĀ in product marketing, digital marketing, optimization/CRO, or digital strategy,Ā ideally within SaaS, ecommerce, or a digital agency environment.Ā 
  • Strong familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, Heap, VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms.Ā
