We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager in an individual contributor role to own the Agentic AI experiences and the underlying AI platform capabilities that power them. You will be responsible for defining how Agentic AI delivers value to our customers across the Pipedrive CRM, shaping experiences that are safe, reliable, and scalable. Additionally, you will build and contribute to the shared platform capabilities that enable product teams to deliver AI-powered experiences consistently and at scale.   The scope of this role spans both customer facing agentic AI capabilities and internal AI platform foundations. You will operate at a platform and systems level, working closely with engineering, applied AI and machine learning, design, security and product teams to ensure that agentic AI delivers meaningful customer value while remaining technically sound and operationally scalable.   This high-impact role reports to the VP of Product and is ideal for a senior product leader who combines strong product thinking and customer centricity with a deep understanding of AI systems and complex platforms.
