As a Process Improvement Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Project team by reducing day-to-day workload, improving project documentation, accelerating automation testing and implementation, and contributing to AI and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

What you will do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily issues and bugs in existing automation workflows.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new projects, including Camunda Phase II, Auto Pairing, FA Application, and the Repayment AI Agent.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including automation workflows, user guides, and technical documentation.
  • Design and implement simple automation solutions ("Quick Wins") to improve operational efficiency across teams.
  • Assist with monitoring, testing, and optimizing automation processes to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
  • 0–1 year of experience or currently pursuing/recently graduated from any degree program. Background from Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields are preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of workflow automation tools (e.g., ActivePieces, n8n, Make, Zapier), AI technologies (ChatGPT, AI agents, prompt engineering, AI APIs), and JavaScript or Python. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, good communication and documentation abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience building automation workflows and a portfolio, GitHub repository, or personal projects demonstrating automation or AI work.
  • English and Thai professional communication

  • The intern salary is 10,000 Thai Baht.
