Roles & Responsibilities
- Daily sustaining activities to support production of high-volume manufacturing products
- Support NPI activities on pre-assembly processes including review of NPI releases and safe launch data
- Perform root cause analysis on NPI failures, line issues and customer feedback from assigned processes
- Handles and technical support on process yield, quality, productivity and cost improvement projects
- Lead change management activities and documentations
- Process control assessment and revisions to improve robustness or reduce low-tech issues
- Define guidelines and spec revisions including update of work instructions, FMEA, control plans to comply with latest practice
- Support internal, certification and customer audits
- Coordination with production, QA and EE on daily activities and projects
Qualification
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics or other related filed
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IC Pre-assembly Process such as blade dicing, laser grooving, stealth dicing, wafer mount
- Good command of statistics and proficiency in use of statistical tools (Minitab,JMP)
- Solid understanding of process and quality control / quality management system / process audit
- Strong background in Pre-assembly project management and risk assessment, Advanced Product Quality Program
- Lean six sigma certifications are a plus
- Effective interpersonal skills, systematic problem solving and analytical/logical thinking
- Good communication skill in English both written and verbal
