The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Process Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will identify inefficiencies, analyze business processes, implement scalable solutions, and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities


Process Optimization

  • Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.

Data Analysis & Performance Management

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide leadership with actionable business insights.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
  • Present data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

Operational Excellence

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Establish best practices and standardized processes across departments.
  • Measure the effectiveness of process improvements and recommend ongoing enhancements.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Systems & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using workflow automation tools.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to implement system enhancements and improve operational workflows.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and effective utilization of business applications.
  • Support implementation of new technologies that improve operational performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with department leaders to understand operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather process requirements and drive alignment.
  • Train employees on new processes, procedures, and operational best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on process improvement and operational strategy.


Qualifications

Experience

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Operations, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Operations Management, or Business Analysis.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience developing operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar tools.
  • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Project management experience (PMP or similar certification is a plus).
  • Experience working in professional services, healthcare, legal, financial services, or other process-driven industries.
