Job Description

• Technical procurement of industrial equipment and materials
• 负责工业设备及物资的技术采购工作
•  Supplier sourcing, qualification, and bid evaluation
• 开展供应商开发、资格预审及投标评审工作
• RFQ/RFP preparation and tender process coordination
• 编制询价（RFQ）和招标（RFP）文件，协调招投标全过程
• Commercial negotiation and purchase order management
• 负责商务谈判、合同条款协商及采购订单管理
• Expediting, delivery follow-up, and logistics coordination
• 跟踪采购进度，督促供货并协调物流运输安排
• Supplier performance monitoring and issue resolution
• 监控供应商绩效，推动质量、交期及服务问题的解决
• Cross-functional coordination with engineering, project, and site teams
• 与工程、项目管理及现场施工团队保持密切沟通与协作
• Procurement reporting, documentation control, and ERP/SAP usage
• 负责采购数据分析、报告编制、文件控制及ERP/SAP系统操作与维护。

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, BOQ
• 能够阅读并理解工程图纸、技术规范及工程量清单（BOQ）。
• Knowledge of materials, equipment, and industry standards
• 具备材料、设备及行业标准方面的专业知识。
• Strong negotiation skills (price, terms, contracts)
• 具备较强的谈判能力（包括价格、商务条款及合同谈判）。
• Understanding of contracts and procurement processes
• 熟悉合同管理及采购流程。
• Supplier sourcing, qualification, and performance evaluation
• 具备供应商开发、资质审核及绩效评估能力。
• Ability to handle technical and commercial discussions
• 能够胜任技术及商务层面的沟通与讨论。
• Proactive, result-oriented, able to work under pressure
• 工作积极主动，以结果为导向，能够在压力环境下高效开展工作。
