Approvals Agent

• Customer service representative to provide support for Approvals Team Latam & Brazil

  Provide support and contact approvers in different geographies within Latin America and Europe, following & requesting their prompt action and reviewing forms @BuyNow tool, having in mind Accenture internal Policies to be in compliance.
  Assists in data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Applies knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues/problems (standard and nonstandard).
  Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work. 

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Portuguese Advanced
Customer orientation

Strong oral and written communications skills.
