  • The Merchant & Partner Servicing Experience (MPX) & Product Enablement team plays a pivotal role in the Worldpay Product Management organization, focusing on creating delightful experiences that span the entire customer experience lifecycle for both internal and external customers, maximize our return on investment, and improve the speed we go to market for new products.
  • Within the MPX team, the E2E Customer Experience Servicing Product team is focused on products & capabilities that support strategies around Digital & Assisted servicing across all of Worldpay – this includes but not limited to, relationship management, account management, & IVR & Phone, digital communication, AI/Virtual Assistances/Chatbots, etc...
  • This team’s priority is to drive the strategy that enables Worldpay to deliver world-class user experiences at every customer touchpoint. Because this team unifies capabilities across the Worldpay product portfolio, this is a highly collaborative team that works closely with stakeholders across the enterprise as well as internal teams such as other Product Domains, UX, engineering, archtiecture, Business Unites, Operations and marketing/Communications.

 What you’ll own

  • Work with other Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into Features within the SAFe Agile Service Excellence Train
  • Articulate product vision and features in a manner clearly understandable to stakeholders, end users, &  development teams
  • Priortize and manage Feature backlog of Safe AgileTrain based on Value data metrics
  • Establish Feature acceptance criteria, accept Features and refine Features with Product Managers, Stakeholders,  Train Scrum teams, end users, etc…
  • Review and provide feedback on demos to ensure Product changes meet acceptance criteria
  • Create PI release plans with input from stakeholders, end users, development teams & run support teams
  • Monitor the development progress and provide updates to stakeholders as requested
  • Apply Agile methods and processes that encourages frequent inspection and adaption
  • Lead PI Planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements and share with Stakeholders and End Users
  • Understand product strategy, market, industry and company goals

What you bring

  • Strong understanding of business analysis, planning, development and management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g. executive, management, & individual contributors
  • Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing multiple ask,  different deadlines, & continous evolution in refinement
  • Proficiency to operate independently and within a multi-disciplinary team

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $79,400.00-$116,975.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.
