Title: Product Coordinator

Location: Silver City, Pasig

About the role:

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Product Coordinator to support the Product team. You'll coordinate projects, track timelines, collaborate with global teams, conduct market research, and help ensure product initiatives are delivered on time. Job Description:

• Support the Product Management function, ensuring that all projects are completed as planned: on time and within the budget and information is communicated effectively and appropriately across the organization
• Monitor all project schedules and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines are met efficiently
• Coordinate/participate in project meetings as needed
• Develop project strategies, adjustments, and improvements
• Identify and evaluate potential project-related problems and create solutions
• Generate necessary reports and provide detailed updates to Product Management/stakeholders
• Utilize spreadsheets, SmartSheet, Asana and other tools to track budgets, dates, and other information
• Organize reports, invoices, contracts, financial files, and other documents for easy access
• Perform necessary market research and competitive analysis
• Other tasks that may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to details with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Ability to think both analytically and creatively
• Highly self-motivated with strong follow through, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness and ability to work a fixed night shift following a hybrid work arrangement at Silver City, Pasig
