About this role
THE ROLE
We are looking for an AI-native Product Designer who pairs strong product thinking with fluent use of modern AI design tools. You will
partner with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, ship intuitive end-to-end experiences, and use AI to move from idea
to high-fidelity prototype in hours, not weeks.
WHAT YOU 'LL DO
• Product thinking — translate business goals and user insights into clear problem statements, user journeys, and success metrics.
• AI-led design — use Claude (Design / Artifacts), Canva AI, Figma AI and similar tools to ideate, draft flows, generate variations, and
prototype rapidly.
• Interaction & visual craft — design wireframes, hi-fi interfaces, micro-interactions, and system states (loading, empty, error, success).
• Research & data — run interviews, usability tests, and A/B experiments; use product analytics to validate and iterate.
• Systems & scale — build and maintain reusable components, patterns, and a design system that the team and AI tools can extend.
• Collaboration — drive critiques, sprint planning, and clean engineering handoff; document decisions and rationale crisply.
MUST HAVE
• 4+ years in Product / UI-UX Design with a strong portfolio of shipped, end-to-end work.
• Hands-on fluency with AI design tools — Claude (Design / Artifacts), Canva AI, Figma AI / Make, and the judgment to know when to
use them.
• Expert in Figma; comfortable with prompting, prototyping, and rapid iteration workflows.
• Solid grasp of user-centered, data-driven, and systems-thinking design principles.
• Sharp visual craft, strong communication, and the ability to defend design decisions with data.
• Bachelor's in Design, HCI, or a related field; experience in agile product teams.
BONUS POINTS
• Experience designing for complex, data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, analytics, ed-tech).
• Advanced prototyping in Framer, Principle, or Figma's interactive components.
• Familiarity with product analytics (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude) and motion / interaction design.
