About the role
We're building an operating system for an international oil trading company. We need a designer who has worked on a large system before — where screens are connected to one another, and a change in one place affects three others. And who has seen people use it every day, not just in a one-off test.
Your job is to translate the work of traders and operators into screens: layers, time, states. From the flows of specific roles to contributing to the shared design system.
What you'll do
- Design flows and tools
- Adapt wireframe prototypes into their final look, based on the existing design system
- Apply the visual coding rules (outlines, colors, layers), and suggest refinements
- Present and defend decisions in demos with the client
- Gradually take on design-system-level tasks
What you need
- 5+ years as a product designer, with experience working within someone else's design system
- Experience working on large systems, or on significant parts of large systems
- Experience building products that real people actually use
- Experience using AI tools in the design process — generating options, speeding up routine work
- A portfolio with complex interfaces: dashboards, tables, forms — not just consumer apps
- Speed: you can draw many similar screens quickly, without losing quality
- Fluent Russian, working English
Nice to have
Experience in B2B, fintech, logistics, or trading. Work with maps, timelines, layers. Willingness to travel to Dubai often, or be based there.
