Product Developer, Sr- .Net, Angular and SQL

About the Role:

The Product Developer, Sr is responsible for designing, coding, testing and maintaining company products by participating in all phases of the development process. The person should having hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks. The Product Developer, Sr works with other areas of the business to provide recommendations and mentors other team members.

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, test to support product features independently.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews for the functionalities and production workflows.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, training pipelines
• Create tooling and automation that support model lifecycle, CI/CD process
• Drive best practices for reproducibility, testing, and model governance.
• Mentor and train other developers on AI concepts, tools.
• Produce estimates for AI-related work and deliver on time with high quality.
• Design, develop, test, and should be capable of deploying AI/ML models and services to support product features.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• Expertise in applied AI/ML models; strong practical experience with model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Proficiency in C# .Net and AI/ML frameworks
• Proficient in Angular and Typescript, HTML
• Expertise in SQL & Oracle databases.
• Solid software engineering skills: unit/integration testing, code review, refactoring, and design patterns.
• Strong analytical thinking and complex problem‑solving ability.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high code quality and observability.
• Mentorship skills and experience delivering formal/informal training.
• Ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and industry domains quickly.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of applicable software engineering experience with demonstrated success.
• 2+ years of specialized experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping AI/ML features to production.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and related managed ML services.
• Background in AI ethics, model fairness, or explainability.
• Familiarity with domain-specific challenges for our products (e.g., manufacturing / process automation).
• Good to have knowledge on RestAPI, Microfocus Cobol and JavaScript.
