The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Specialist to coordinate and support the development and launch of physical, design-driven products across our product portfolios. This role is an excellent opportunity for a product professional looking to further develop their expertise build expertise in physical product development, product specifications, product data management, and cross-functional collaboration within the luxury bath and kitchen industry.   As a key member of the Product team, you will work closely with partners across Engineering, Compliance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Channel Operations to help bring exceptionally crafted, design-driven products from concept to market and ensure the accuracy and integrity of product information, including product attributes, specifications, finishes, features, and item data, throughout the product lifecycle.   This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across physical product development, data management, and go-to-market execution while partnering with talented cross-functional teams. You will take an active role in bringing innovative, high-quality products to market and helping shape the customer experience through accurate, high-quality product information.   This is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence 3 days per week at the Danbury, CT Corporate office.
