Renesas Electronics is a global semiconductor company developing integrated circuits for automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.

We are looking for a Product Engineer to support analog, mixed-signal, and power semiconductor products from development through mass production.

In this role, you will analyze production and test data, participate in qualification activities, investigate yield and quality issues, and work with global engineering teams to solve technical challenges and improve manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities

• Product engineering activities for power and mixed-signal ICs, from definition to mass production 
• Investigate yield, quality, and manufacturing issues 
• Preparation of technical reports and data summaries 
• Definition and maintenance of production test limits 
• Cooperation with Test Engineering, Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams 
• Contribute to automation and data analysis improvements 

All critical activities are done under supervision at entry stage. 

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline  
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics 
• Hands-on experience with electronics at board level (assembly, measurement, debug) 
• Practical experience with measurement instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator, power supply) 
• Basic Programming skills (Python, C#, VBA, R or similar)  
• Willingness to develop statistical data analysis/semiconductor knowledge on the job 
• Intermediate English 
• Good communication skills and results-driven mindset 

Would be a plus:

• Experience in electronics, semiconductors, manufacturing, testing, quality, or data analysis  
• Statistical data analysis skills 
• Project coordination or project management skills 
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., TIBCO Spotfire, Origin, Power BI) 
• Understanding of IC manufacturing technology
