Job Description

This role is designed for engineers who enjoy solving customer problems—not just writing code.

You'll work in a product-driven environment where you'll have the freedom to identify opportunities, build solutions, test ideas with customers, and continuously improve the product. Rather than working from detailed specifications, you'll collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to shape what gets built and how it's delivered.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Own features from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Build scalable applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Work directly with customers to understand their challenges and validate solutions.
• Influence product decisions through technical expertise and customer insights.
• Deliver high-quality software with a strong focus on customer value, usability, and performance.
• Contribute to a fast-paced product environment where ideas quickly become production features.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong commercial experience building SaaS products with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Enjoys taking ownership and is comfortable making technical and product decisions.
• Thinks beyond implementation and naturally looks for ways to improve the customer experience.
• Has experience building modern, customer-facing web applications.
• Approaches software development pragmatically, balancing quality with speed of execution.
• Is comfortable working independently in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Speaks German at a native level and communicates confidently in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with NestJS or similar backend frameworks.
• Experience working on AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
• Experience participating in customer interviews, product discovery, or user testing.
• A genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
