We are searching for the best talent for Product Management Specialist, Bogotá o Cali.

Purpose: We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our team as a Product Management Specialist. In this role, you will support product strategy and execution by leveraging data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will contribute to understanding market performance, identifying product opportunities, and driving data-driven decisions that support successful product launches and ongoing performance.

You will be responsible for:

• Support the execution of Product Management strategies and daily operations.

• Analyze consumer behavior, product performance, and market trends to generate actionable insights.

• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to track product performance and support decision-making.

• Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new products, using data and market analysis.

• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Support pricing analysis for new products based on market and competitive assessments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, marketing, finance, etc.).

• Communicate progress on product development, launches, and roadmaps to stakeholders.

• Mentor and support junior team members when required.

• Act in alignment with Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all interactions.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (Biomedical or related fields preferred).

• Advanced English level (C1).

• 4–6 years of experience in Marketing, Commercial, or Product Management roles.

• Strong analytical skills with experience generating insights from financial or market data.

• Experience managing budgets and supporting financial analysis.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting with senior-level stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.

• Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
