Die Leu+Gygax AG ist eine Handelsfirma für Agrarhilfsstoffe im Bereich Pflanzenschutz.

Wir konzentrieren uns auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden. Unsere oberste Aufgabe ist es, optimale Betriebsmittel und Serviceleistungen für die Landwirtschaft bereitzustellen. 

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Oftringen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Product Manager/in.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Analyse von Markt-, Kunden- und Branchenbedürfnissen sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

  • Sicherstellung der Produktverfügbarkeit und Unterstützung des Bestandsmanagements

  • Entwicklung und Pflege eines marktgerechten Produktportfolios im Bereich Pflanzenschutz

  • Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingaktivitäten und Produkteinführungen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf, Produktregistrierung, Versuchswesen und Management

  • Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams mit fachlichen und verkaufsfördernden Massnahmen

  • Pflege und Ausbau der Beziehungen zu Lieferanten, Forschungseinrichtungen und weiteren Partnern 

Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Agronomie, Biologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

  • Erste Berufserfahrung (2–3 Jahre) im Produktmanagement, Marketing, Vertrieb oder in der Agrarbranche

  • Gute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Landwirtschaft und der landwirtschaftlichen Produktionssysteme

  • Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse und Marktanforderungen

  • Interesse am Bereich Pflanzenschutz

  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und flexible Arbeitsweise

  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft

  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse
