Job Description

Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office  

Starting Salary: $65,544.18 - $72,098.60 (salary to commensurate with experience)

We’re looking for a Product Manager to define and execute product strategy, champion customer needs, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful software solutions. What you’ll do:

  • Set product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Turn customer insights into priorities and use cases
  • Lead product initiatives from concept through delivery
  • Align stakeholders and communicate product value
  • Support and develop Product Owners
  • Identify market opportunities and guide product positioning
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Represent the customer voice across the organization
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams
  • Support sales with product expertise and presentations
  • Contribute to marketing content and campaigns
  • Assist with conferences, presentations, and events

What you’ll need:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree—or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities (written and verbal)
  • Strategic thinking with a data-driven, analytical mindset
  • Creative problem-solving and curiosity to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders
  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms and product management tools
