What You'll Do

• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Auto Insurance Solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and areas for innovation.
• Engage directly with insurance carriers, agencies, and industry stakeholders to understand business challenges and workflow requirements across underwriting, pricing, policy creation, acquisition, and retention.
• Translate customer feedback and market insights into product requirements, business cases, enhancements, and new product development initiatives.
• Partner closely with technology, data, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to bring innovative, data-driven solutions to market and optimize product performance.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of product management experience within insurance, insurtech, automotive insurance, or insurance data solutions.
• Strong understanding of auto insurance carrier operations, policy lifecycle processes, and how insurers utilize data to support underwriting, pricing, policy issuance, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Experience developing products based on customer feedback, market research, business needs, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for an insurance carrier, insurtech company, or insurance data provider.
• Experience developing solutions used by insurance agents, underwriters, or carrier operations teams.
• Knowledge of automotive insurance data, analytics, and software solutions.
• Experience with product pricing, market positioning, go-to-market strategy, and distribution channels.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as DPPA, GLBA, CCPA, or similar compliance frameworks.

This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations determined by location and subject to change based on evolving business needs.

U.S. Work Authorization: This position is open to applicants who are currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $119,000-$143,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
