This role leads the development and delivery of exceptional, life‑changing learning experiences within the Aviation and Construction Portfolios, collaborating with teams across SAIT as well as industry, funders, and training partners. As the Product Manager, you bring deep domain expertise and champion the learner experience, understanding the critical importance of these sectors to Alberta’s economic ecosystem. You will oversee a suite of learning products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs, generate revenue, and achieve business objectives. You will lead product discovery, vision and strategy, analytics, and cross‑functional coordination to build, launch, and iterate on innovative training products. You’ll work closely with teams across the Corporate Development, Applied Research and International Division responsible for delivery, instructor contracts, and learning management platforms. You will also coordinate internal and industry partners in co‑creation activities such as roundtables, guest speaking, and program engagement. You are the advocate and champion for your products, ensuring stakeholders have the tools and information they need to support and promote the programs. You are driven by delivering high‑quality learning experiences and continuously improving them. You bring a strong understanding of your industry verticals, including talent trends, opportunities, challenges, and the skills that create pathways into emerging careers. Your work directly influences the talent pipeline that fuels Alberta’s economy. You thrive working independently while embracing true collaboration.
