Job Description: Product Manager

As Product Manager, you will work on our core technology powering our multi-currency card processing and collections flow. You will have the opportunity to work directly on card payments, scheme integrations, tokenized payment flows, clearing/settlement logic, and the core ledgers that guarantee the accuracy and reliability of our customers’ balances.

You should have some prior card-program experience and you must be technically strong, curious, and comfortable learning fast. Expect to work on complex integrations and high-stakes logic around authorization flows, ledger postings, reconciliation risks, and more. We’re looking for someone who is unintimidated by complexity and willing to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details.

You should be prepared to understand and shape systems that must be correct, auditable, and reliable, while still building quickly and iterating fast.

You will:

  • Work on and enhance our card processing capabilities, tokenization (Apple Pay/Google Pay) flows, scheme-driven requirements, and top ups.
  • Support system enhancements that ensure accuracy of postings, settlement logic, reversals, refunds, and reconciliation processes.
  • Co-own integrations with issuers, processors, and payment processors, helping ensure our systems meet scheme and regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to design scalable, reliable technical functionalities across cards, top ups and ledger.
  • Partner with Finance on reconciliation flows and accounting mapping; partner with Risk/Compliance on scheme/issuer obligations and controls.
  • Develop, maintain, and prioritize a technical product backlog with clarity around risks, dependencies, and sequencing.
  • Produce clear, structured technical documentation, including workflows, data flows, and requirements.
  • Define success metrics for system performance (e.g., auth accuracy, ledger integrity, settlement timeliness).
  • Collaborate across marketing, operations, and other functions to support go-to-market needs when launching card-related or ledger-related enhancements

You have:

  • 4–6 years of product management experience working on technically complex systems.
  • Strong ability to understand backend systems, workflows, and architectural decisions.
  • High learning agility, especially in areas such as card processing, top ups, clearing & settlement, or ledger accounting.
  • Comfortable working directly with engineers on API flows, data models, and integration behaviour.
  • Comfortable articulating technical risks and trade-offs clearly, especially for flows where accuracy and compliance matter.
  • An instinct to dive deep into workflows and processes across engineering, finance, operations, and compliance to ensure nothing is missed.
  • A habit of writing clear technical documentation and requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management, especially with external partners/vendors (issuers, processors, fintech providers).
  • Leadership presence — people naturally look to you for clarity, judgment, and direction.
