Pay Range

USD $85,064.00 - USD $104,373.00 /Yr.

STAR Bonus % (At Risk Maximum)

5.00 - Salaried Non-Management except pharmacists

Work Schedule Description (e.g. M-F 8am to 5pm)

M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Product Manager, Encounter Data to our team!

 

The Product Manager, Encounter Data is responsible for ensuring Navitus is submitting Encounter Data files that are in compliance with guidance from each State. The Product Manager, Encounter Data will collaborate with Encounter Data Business Analysts to ensure compliance and consistency across all Encounter Data processes. This position would also be responsible for leading new Encounter Data implementations.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?   

• Work with the Encounter Data Business Analyst(s) to champion root cause analysis efforts when Encounter Data issues are discovered.
• Oversee all Encounter Data-related fixes/enhancements, which includes oversight of system requirements development, and testing.
• Ensure post-implementation monitoring processes are in place to validate Encounter Data-related fixes/enhancements are working as expected.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Encounter Data-related questions and system enhancements.
• Oversee timely and accurate delivery of Performance Guarantee results and leverage these results to improve related processes and oversight.
• Ensure metrics are monitored and reported.
• Respond to Encounter Data-related questions on RFPs.
• Actively seek out process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to implement these improvements.
• Remain current with Encounter Data-related regulatory requirements, ensuring Navitus remains compliant.
• Ensure controls are in place so that the appropriate individuals are notified and actions are taken when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

• Associate’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience with Medicaid Encounter Data required.
• Experience in successfully leading root cause analysis projects required.
• Project Management and/or Business Analyst experience preferred.
• Data analysis experience preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
