Product Manager (Execution & Delivery)

The Mission at Replenit

Replenit is moving fast to redefine autonomous e-commerce. While our BA defines the "What" and the "Why" based on the founders' vision, the Product Manager owns the "When" and the "How." You will be the bridge between the strategic roadmap and the engineering team, ensuring that every piece of code moving to production aligns with our mission of autonomous orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Translation & Task Definition: Take the high-level roadmap and requirements from the BA and decompose them into actionable, technical developer tasks (Epics, Stories, and Sub-tasks).
• Resource Orchestration: "Handshake" with the engineering team to assign tasks, negotiate timelines, and ensure every developer has exactly what they need to start coding without friction.
• Sprint & Delivery Ownership: Run the daily stand-ups and sprint planning. You are responsible for the "definition of done" and ensuring the output matches the vision.
• Continuous Feedback Loop: Regularly audit the development output. You are the first line of defense—testing features to ensure they solve the customer problem before they ship.
• Vision Support: Work closely with the Founders and BA to provide "reality checks" on timelines, helping to pivot or adjust the vision based on technical constraints or wins.

The Ideal Profile

We need a Mid-Level PM who thrives on organization and "shipping." You should be someone who gets a dopamine hit from moving a Jira card to "Done," but has the product sense to ensure it was the right card to move.

• Experience: 3–5 years of PM experience, specifically within Agile/Scrum environments. Experience in B2B SaaS or AI-driven products is a major advantage.
• Execution Machine: You are an expert at backlog grooming and prioritization. You know how to say "no" to distractions to protect the "yes" of the roadmap.
• Technical Fluency: You don't need to code, but you must be able to hold your own in a conversation with senior engineers about APIs, data latency, and system architecture.
• Delivery-Obsessed: You don’t just watch the clock; you watch the quality. You are comfortable doing hands-on UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure the BA's requirements were met.
• The "Glue": You have the soft skills to motivate a dev team during a push and the hard skills to report progress clearly to the founders.
