Product Manager - (GenAi)

We’re looking for a young, dynamic individual to join our CEO Office as a Product Manager — a unique role designed to shape the next generation of leaders in Xtremax Indonesia.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on strategic projects and new product initiatives.
• Explore new ideas, market trends, and technologies — and turn them into actionable insights.
• Contribute to shaping solutions and business strategies across our digital and GenAI products.
• Be deeply involved in product discovery, analysis, and roadmap planning.
• Take initiative, speak your mind, and engage in discussions that drive innovation.

Who You Are

• A fast learner who’s comfortable exploring new topics and forming opinions.
• Articulate and analytical — able to think through ideas and express them clearly.
• Curious and independent, yet collaborative in driving discussions and decision-making.
• Motivated to grow and make an impact early in your career.
• Comfortable reading widely and diving into complex subjects — from tech to business strategy.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or AI-related products.

• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Business, or Management.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity or keen interest in digital products, software development, or AI-driven solutions, GenAI Product.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.
• Graduates from top national or international universities are highly preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung office
