Role Positioning

RedotPay is building a global, multi-currency, multi-payment-method, multi-business-scenario payments asset platform. We are looking to hire a Senior Payments Platform Product Manager responsible for product planning and execution for RedotPay’s payments platform, account platform, checkout payment capabilities, and the user payments asset management system.

Responsibilities

• Product architecture design for the RedotPay payments platform and account platform, including core product models such as assets, accounts, currencies, payment methods, fund sources, and the checkout.
• Build a unified user payments asset system that supports consistent management and utilization across many payment asset types: fiat balances, crypto assets, cards, e-wallets, bank accounts, third-party payment methods, and top-up accounts.
• Develop checkout payment capabilities, including fund source selection, payment prioritization, availability determination, regional restrictions, exchange-rate/fees display, and failure fallback/gradation.
• Establish an all-platform capability matrix for currencies and payment methods—clearly defining which business scenarios each asset/currency/payment method supports, such as payment, transfers, FX/swap, Send, Swap, buying crypto, withdrawal, subscriptions, and more.
• Define onboarding standards and readiness review mechanisms for new fiat currencies and new payment methods
• Work closely with business product teams across Card, Send, Swap, Fund-in, QR/scanning payments, internal transfers, crypto buying, etc., 
• Improve platform outcomes via product mechanisms, including payment success rate, business launch efficiency, payment method coverage, user payment experience, and platform reuse efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product experience, including product experience related to payments platforms, account platforms, wallets, checkout/cashier payments, funds/treasury platforms, or fintech platforms.
• Deep understanding of payment systems, familiar with core concepts including accounts, balances, currencies, payment methods, payment routing, checkout, funding sources, exchange rate fees, limits, payment states, and exception handling.
• Abstract common capabilities across multiple business scenarios and design a reusable, configurable, and extensible product architecture.
• Able to drive multiple business teams, tech teams, risk, finance, and operations to deliver complex platform capabilities together.
• Strong business understanding—able to balance user experience, payment conversion, payment success rate, business growth, and platform efficiency.
• Excellent structured communication skills

Bonus Points

• Prior experience with large payment, wallet, transaction, e-commerce, or fintech platforms such as Alibaba, Ant Group, ByteDance, Tencent, PayPal, Stripe, Airwallex, Wise, etc.
• Experience in 0-to-1 platform building, or in scaling from business customization to platform-level governance.
