Product Manager – Road Construction Technologies

At Topcon Positioning Systems, we're transforming the construction industry through advanced machine control, GNSS, automation, and digital workflows. We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of our Grader & Paving product portfolio and help shape the future of intelligent construction.

This is more than a traditional Product Management role. You'll influence global strategy, work with international teams, and bring innovative products from concept to market while solving real-world challenges for customers across the globe.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role within our Global Product Platform team by:

• Defining the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Leading the development of innovative machine control solutions for road construction.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations across multiple regions.
• Translating customer insights and market trends into successful products.
• Supporting product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Managing the complete product lifecycle, from concept through continuous improvement.
• Monitoring market developments, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
• Identifying new business opportunities that drive sustainable growth.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines technical curiosity with commercial thinking.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a strategic technical role.
• Background in construction technology, machine control, heavy equipment, civil engineering, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with international cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset and passion for innovation.
• Fluency in English.
