Dans le cadre de la transformation digitale de nos activités de maintenance et gestion des actifs, nous renforçons notre équipe avec un(e) Product Owner spécialisé(e) IBM Maximo.

Vous interviendrez au cƓur d’un Ă©cosystĂšme critique (industrie / Ă©nergie / transport), avec un fort enjeu de performance opĂ©rationnelle, fiabilitĂ© des Ă©quipements et optimisation des processus mĂ©tiers.

🎯 Vos missions

En tant que PO Maximo, vous ĂȘtes le lien clĂ© entre les Ă©quipes mĂ©tiers et IT :

đŸ”č Pilotage produit

  • DĂ©finir et porter la vision produit Maximo
  • Prioriser et gĂ©rer le backlog
  • RĂ©diger les user stories et spĂ©cifications fonctionnelles
  • Garantir la valeur mĂ©tier des Ă©volutions

đŸ”č Delivery & Agile

  • Participer aux rituels Agile (Scrum / SAFe)
  • Suivre les dĂ©veloppements et sĂ©curiser les livraisons
  • Coordonner les Ă©quipes (dev, intĂ©gration, mĂ©tier)
  • Recetter les fonctionnalitĂ©s (UAT)

  • Piloter les modules : maintenance, gestion des actifs, work orders
  • Participer aux projets d’évolution et d’intĂ©gration
  • Optimiser les processus EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)
  • Assurer la cohĂ©rence fonctionnelle globale

đŸ”č Relation mĂ©tier & stakeholders

  • Recueillir et challenger les besoins mĂ©tiers
  • Animer les ateliers utilisateurs
  • Accompagner le changement

Qualifications

🧠 Votre profil

  • ExpĂ©rience confirmĂ©e en tant que Product Owner / Business Analyst / Chef de projet
  • Expertise sur IBM Maximo (indispensable)
  • Bonne comprĂ©hension des environnements EAM / maintenance / asset management
  • MaĂźtrise des mĂ©thodologies Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  piloter des sujets complexes multi-interlocuteurs
  • Excellente communication et sens du service

⚙ CompĂ©tences techniques apprĂ©ciĂ©es

  • Connaissance des intĂ©grations Maximo (API, ESB, interfaces SI)
  • Notions en SQL / data / reporting
  • ExpĂ©rience sur environnements cloud / SI industriels
  • Connaissance d’outils connexes (ex : SAP PM, outils de GMAO)
