About the role

Your mission 

We are looking for a Product Owner who is dynamic, well-organazied, and driven by impact, capable of shaping and delivering key component of our NaaS suite in a complex and international environment. 

You will play a key role in defining the product vision, driving execution with Agile teams, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Acting as a true orchestrator, you will coordinate and align a diverse set of contributors — Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Architects, and QA Engineers — turning collective expertise into a coherent, high-value product delivery. 

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

Product vision & strategy 

• Define and drive the product vision in alignment with business and client strategy 

• Identify user needs and translate them into valuable product features 

• Build and maintain a clear and actionable product roadmap 

• Prioritize features based on business value, impact, and constraints 

 

 

Backlog management 

• Own, structure, and prioritize the Product Backlog in alignment with the overall NaaS program roadmap 

• Synchronize regularly with Business Owners (BOs) across the various NaaS program streams to ensure cross-program priority alignment 

• Write clear User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria 

• Continuously arbitrate priorities based on business and technical inputs, balancing component-level delivery with program-wide commitments 

Agile delivery & coordination 

• Work closely with Dev, DevOps, QA, BA, and Scrum Master teams 

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective) 

• Provide functional clarification and ensure shared understanding across teams 

• Drive delivery within a scaled Agile environment (SAFe) 

Product performance & continuous improvement 

• Define and monitor KPIs and product usage metrics 

• Analyze performance and adapt roadmap accordingly 

• Ensure continuous value delivery and product improvement 

Stakeholder management 

• Act as the key interface between business and technical teams 

• Communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders 

• Align multiple stakeholders in an international and cross-functional environment 

 

 

About you

Education 

Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field

 

Experience 

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years in a Product Owner role within complex IT and Telco environments, with a proven track record of delivering high-value products 

• Demonstrated experience leading product delivery with cross-functional teams of 10+ people in Agile environments 

• Strong experience working within scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred) 

 

Technical skills 

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) 

• Backlog management & User Story writing 

• Tools: Jira, Confluence 

• Good understanding of IT architectures and digital ecosystems 

• Knowledge of network/infrastructure environments and automation 

• Familiarity with ODA architectures and TMF APIs is a strong plus
