About this role

Company Description

As a Product Specialist (f/m/x) for Particle Characterization you will act as the interface between R&D, Product Management, Sales, and our customers. You will support our product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle—from product development to successful customer implementation. Your responsibilities include contributing to technical specifications and documentation, as well as driving innovative applications in the fields of particle characterization and measurement technology.

Job Description

  • Provide application-related support to our international subsidiaries as well as existing and prospective customers
  • Actively contribute to innovation in product and application development
  • Develop and optimize customer applications and new analytical methods, and share this expertise with our partners
  • Prepare sales support materials and deliver technical training sessions
  • Support key projects as a technical and application expert
  • Contribute to technical and application-related verification testing prior to product release, including field test support
  • Participate in scientific conferences and industry events and present our solutions

Qualifications

  • Degree in a natural science discipline (Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or a comparable qualification)
  • Ideally, experience in developing measurement methods or analytical techniques
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Passion for measurement technology and hands-on work with laboratory and analytical instruments
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Team player with a high level of initiative, motivation, and resilience
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.300 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
