What you'll be doing
- Execute hybrid-casual game ideation, prototype, and production process
- Collaborate with the team to build high-performing hybrid-casual games
- Use play test and performance data to iterate quickly and decide which prototype games move to production
Desired skills and experiences
- Fresh graduates from reputable universities
- Excellent communication skills
- Being data-driven and results-oriented
- Strong enthusiasm for gaming and a genuine commitment to deliver outstanding player experiences
- Passion for Match Villains
- Experience with hybrid-casual games is preferred
