Job Description

The Production Assistant will play an important role in supporting daily production operations and helping ensure projects move efficiently from preparation through completion.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an organized, fast-paced environment, communicates well with others, and is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities throughout the day. You will work closely with team members to coordinate materials, maintain organized work areas, assist with production tasks, and help keep schedules and priorities on track.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production activities and project preparation.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute materials and supplies as needed.
• Support team members throughout different stages of the production process.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas.
• Monitor basic inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
• Assist with production schedules, task coordination, and workflow organization.
• Perform quality checks and help identify potential issues before completion.
• Maintain accurate records related to production activities when required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and workplace guidelines.
• Provide general operational support based on daily production priorities.
