POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose

配合公司營運業務需求與操作模式，負責管理執行、控制和改善客戶端生產操作工廠並遵守產品品質符合客戶需求，遵守環境、健康&安全管理系統與品質標準 。

In line with the company's business needs and operating models, be responsible for managing, executing, controlling and improving the client's production operations and ensuring product quality meets customer needs, and complying with environmental, health & safety management systems and quality standards.

Nature and Scope

製程工程師是操控與管理所負責安南廠生產製程，職責需包含物料訂貨/收貨/充填/更換/分析及現場巡檢抄錶、異常狀況初步排除或判斷/通報與持續改善、品質控制、安全執行並與客戶溝通。

The Process Engineer is responsible for the production process of the Annan Plant in the Control and Management Department. Responsibilities include material ordering/receiving/filling/replacement/analysis, on-site inspection and meter reading, preliminary troubleshooting or diagnosis of abnormal conditions, reporting and continuous improvement, quality control, safety implementation, and customer communication.

主要責任執行工廠之可靠度、提升運輸效率和服務客戶提升滿意度，必須承諾完全遵守公司安全、品質與商業行為規範。

Primary responsibilities include ensuring factory reliability, improving transportation efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Full compliance with the company's safety, quality, and business ethics standards is mandatory.

配合工安、品保、環保、維修、業務、運輸、採購等公司各部門執行各項業務之推動。

Cooperate with various company departments, including safety, quality assurance, environmental protection, maintenance, sales, transportation, and procurement, to promote various business operations.

這職務之主要挑戰需有良好安全/品質與製程能力，主要負責安南廠，使工廠在安全/品質與效率下正常運轉以達客戶滿意，發展商業之潛在需求。

The main challenge of this position is to have good safety, quality and process capabilities. I will be responsible for the Annan factory, ensuring the normal operation of the factory with safety, quality and efficiency to achieve customer satisfaction and develop potential business needs.
