Production Industrialization Specialist (Footwear)

• You're passionate about sport
• Min. 3 years in Footwear development and/or Commercialization.
• You have an engineering background (ideally in Industrial Engineering/Footwear/Production).

• Ideally, you already have your first successful experience in Footwear development, Commercialization, costing.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong team spirit.
• Concrete, organized, and autonomous.
• You are interested in an international environment and speak English fluently.
• You are ready to stay in Madiun
• You like to be in the plant regularly to support and challenge suppliers.

Responsibiliteis

• I have clear understanding of the cemented footwear manufacturing processes and all associated technical requirements of Cutting, 2nd process, printing, sewing, assembly
• I lead interaction between Product Engineer of brands and Development team of factory for the development or duplication of new styles.
• I am good at making retro planning of the product development from kick off stage to shipment.
• I understand product validation plan, Tech pack requirements and ensure the quality of the Products are in line with product teachpack.
• I have general understanding on the pattern making and consumption process. I have understanding on ICAD/Crispin or any other software to make pattern/grading/consumption.
• I have general understanding about product's physical and chemical lab test requirements and can launch the tests in the validated labs. I have good understanding of tooling (mould and last) validation.
• I know cost break down process and have experience to work on costing.
• I aim for operational excellence and look for improvement opportunities, to reduce costs and ensure long-term competitiveness.
• I have general understanding of IMEVA and Rubber sole manufacturing and validation processes.
• I improve the current process using different problem-solving tools and methodologies.
• Improve and optimize the production processes.
• Follow up and support the factory to improve the production efficiency.
