Production Operative 
Thursday, Friday, Saturday and alternating Sundays 6am-6pm
Days - £13.45 per hour,

What does a Production Operative do?

• You’re the heartbeat of our warehouse! In this vital role, you’ll be the one bringing our iconic red boxes to life, carefully picking and packing a world of delicious ingredients.

• It’s a high-energy, tech-driven environment where you’ll master our conveyor systems, following the lights and buttons to ensure every customer gets exactly what they ordered.

• No two days are the same—one shift you might be expertly collating ingredients into bags, and the next you’ll be leading the charge at our ice or box stations.

Who you are

• We’re looking for energy and enthusiasm! If you love smashing targets, working as part of a speedy and supportive team then Gousto could be the right environment for you!

• Our warehouse is bustling and fast paced. You’ll be on your feet and on the move, working l in our chilled environment (a crisp 3 degrees) while working across various stations.

• Safety is our top priority, so your keen eye for detail and commitment to following procedures will make you a vital member of the team.

• We’ve got you covered with all the PPE you need—including a warm coat and safety boots—plus free drinks to keep you fueled and recharged!

• Full training is given.

No previous warehouse experience? No problem! Full training is provided, and we'll give you all the support you need to succeed from day one.
