Job Description
Clear to build diario en sus lineas (3 dias al menos de CTB)
Adherencia de sus lineas al plan de produccion (98%)
Volume attaintment diario/semanal/mensual (100%)
Planificacion de secuencia de fabricacion para sus lineas de produccion y lineas de subensambles que alimentan la linea final
Monitoreo en hora por hora del rate de produccion, para asegurar que su plan original se cumpla
Realizacion de calculos matematicos para determinar los procesos de fabricacion necesarios, herramientas, y necesidades de recursos humanos
Preparacion de reportes de produccion
Intercomunicacion con compras, ingenieria, manufactura y otras areas, con el objetivo de alinear recursos para cumplir el volumen planeado
Gestion de inventario de subprocesso, para evaluar disponibilidad con tiempo para el cumplimiento de su plan de produccion
Seguimiento constante de indicadores (KPI's) claves de rendimiento de sus lineas
Identificar cuellos d ebotella y areas de mejora para el beneficio de la produccion
Qualifications
Conocimiento de transacciones del proceso de planeacion de produccion (preferentemente en SAP)
Control de inventarios y logistica
Excel avanzado y analisis de datos
Pensamiento analitico
Comunicación Efectiva y Solución de Problemas
Responsabilidad, Compromiso y Accountability
